Last week, Mrs. Wilson implemented a new program. This new program, called Lunch and Learn, is to “Get feedback from students so we can keep getting better and prepare them to meet their goals” says Mrs. Wilson. Every other week, students will be chosen at random to share their thoughts and views with the administration. “I went in asking three questions: what’s going well at CHS, what needs to change, and what do we need more of” states Mrs. Wilson, “these three questions start the discussion, then I try to let the students lead.”  I asked Mrs. Wilson how she felt that it went and she replied, “It was productive and valuable to me to hear from students, something I want to do more of.”
