Here at CHS, you may notice that our school is clean as can be. Why is that? Well, we have some of the best janitors around.  They are always ready to clean up the next mess, made by the students or faculty members. Our janitors work so hard to keep our school looking classy. While at the same time fixing things that are in need of fixing.

If you pay close attention, you might even see that, they are the ones getting everything ready for sporting events/academic courses too. Throughout the year, the janitors set up, and take down after events at the school. You may find them working away, picking up or even blowing trash out of the stands after big events. Even if the event is over late, the janitors stay up after just to make sure our school is clean.

I believe that our janitors need to be appreciated more than they already are. They work so hard to keep our school clean, and we don’t give them enough credit. Together as one, we need to thank them and show them that we appreciate what they do for us. You may have not realized how much they do, but now after reading this, I hope you do.

When walking to class and you seeing one of these lovely ladies working away, just take a moment and tell them “thank you” or even ask if there is anything you can do. I’m sure they would love and appreciate help from the students they serve and pick up after.
